NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001761-ES/D, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BARRINGTON AT NORTHWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH A. DIAZ and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 19, 2013, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block N, of Northwood Unit 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 115, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
