Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 6, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property

BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF TRACT NO. 77, IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA: THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 372.27 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 150.05 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 93.03 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 150.06 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 93.03 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 37522 TALL PINES DR, ZEPHYRHILLS, FL 33542; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 7, 2013 at 11am.
