THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 97, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4217 ALLEN ROAD, ZEPHRYHILLS, FL 33541; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 7, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
