Final Judgment was awarded on September 24, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-010169, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, bank of america, n.a. is the Plaintiff, and, DENNIS R. SUTHERLAND; CAROLE J. SUTHERLAND; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
