NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-051407, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA LGTS is the Plaintiff and robert e. miller; atlantic credit & finance, inc.; beneficial florida, inc.; city of cape coral, florida; clerk of the court, lee county florida; mortgage electronic registration systems incorporated; multimedia holdings corporation; state of florida department of revenue; tanglewood residents association, inc.; unknown spouse of robert e. miller n/k/a robin miller; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
