NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 17 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-04295, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F.A, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ADALBERTO E. NUNEZ A/K/A ADALBERTO NUNEZ, DECEASED, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, REBECA N. GRILLO and BLANCA R. NUNEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 & 48, BLOCK 2081, UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 149 THROUGH 165, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FL.
including the buildings, appurtenances and fixtures located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
