NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 15, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-067664 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA LOPEZ; RIGOBERTO CORONA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 5, SAN CARLOS PARK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
