NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-008193 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Carlos A. Martins, a/k/a Carlos Martins; Maria D. Martins, n/k/a Maria Del Socorro De Hoyos; Oaks at Riverview Community Association, Inc.; Oaks at Riverview Homeowner's Association, Inc.; The City of Tampa, a municipal corporation; State of Florida; Unknown Tenant(s) and Castle Credit Corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on February 22, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, in Block 11, of OAKS AT RIVERVIEW, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 103 at Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
