NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-000877 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is Plaintiff and RACQUEL O. RIVERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAQUEL O. RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORP., AN OP.SUB. OF MLB&T CO., FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants.
