NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-020397 (F) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and WANDA CUETO BEDAMI; ANGELO BEDAMI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE N/K/A ED WARD, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF AN EXTENSION OF THE CENTER LINE OF RIVERSHORE WAY AND THE EASTERLY LINE OF A CERTAIN 50 FEET STREET RUNNING ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF LOTS 28, 29, 30, 63 AND 94 OF RIVERSHORES SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, ON PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID STREET A DISTANCE OF 77.69 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED, RUN THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 349 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE HIGH WATER MARK OF THE WEST BANK OF THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER FOR A NORTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED. BEGIN AGAIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AND RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE AFORESAID STREET A DISTANCE OF 77.69 FEET, THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED A DISTANCE OF 342.25 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE HIGH WATER MARK ON THE WEST BANK OF THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE SAID HIGH WATER MARK A DISTANCE OF 80 FEET MORE OR LESS TO INTERSECT THE NORTH LINE OF THE TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED BEING A PART OF LAND MARKED ON THE AFORESAID PLAT OF RIVERSHORES “NOT INCLUDED” TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS THEREUNTO APPERTAINING, ALSO KNOWN AS TRACT “G” OF PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 3 IN SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
