Condominium Parcel: Manchester House, Unit 404, Town Shores of Gulfport, No. 214, Inc., a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Page(s) 74 through 76, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4050, Page 1539, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of February, 2013.
