Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on December 5, 2012, in Case No. 2010-005998-CI-11 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Laurie W. Cabral f/k/a Laurie W. Caffiero; Erick Cabral f/k/a Eric Cabral; Wachovia Bank, National Association; Curlew Landings Dock Association, Inc.; Curlew Landings Homeowners Association, Inc.; and Unknown Persons in Possession of the Subject Property; are defendants, on February 11, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., eastern standard time, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale to be conducted via the Clerk's website for online foreclosure sales conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 19, CURLEW LANDINGS UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the recording of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
