NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 2, 2012, in Case No. 08-CA-009393 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA., as Trustee of Waterfall Victoria Grantor Trust, Series E, is Plaintiff, and Alain Lopez, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, IN BLOCK 5, MAP OF VILLA SAINT LOUIS, AND THE SOUTH ½ OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 59, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
