Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-8542-CO, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 419, BUILDING 400, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF ESTANCIA, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 92 THROUGH 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 12, 1981 IN O.R. BOOK 5160, PAGES 1439 THROUGH 1510, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on February 12, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
