Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-7801-CO-042, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT A-2707, BUILDING 27, PHASE V FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE - A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 93 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 3, 1986, IN O.R. BOOK 6374, PAGE 202, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 86-287410, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on February 8, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
