NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-002472 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MARK CIANCIOLO, MARIA CIANCIOLO, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK A, OF SAFETY HARBOR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
