NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, legally described as:
Lot 345, Lake St. George South - Unit III, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 53, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the May 9, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m., EST.
Notice Required by Florida Law: Any person claiming an interest in surplus funds generated from the sale of the foreclosed property, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
