NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-005382-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW OF LARGO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALKMINI BITSIS; CLEO WERTHMULLER; ANGELO BITSIS; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel described as Unit 6211, Building 6, Lakeview of Largo II, A Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Lakeview of Largo II, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4113, Page 1658, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 61-63, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.; the street address of which is: 14130 Rosemary Lane #6211 Largo, FL 33774.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
