NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-019364 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. KEY JR; APRIL S. KEY; TENANT #1 N/K/A PAT ROBBINS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A THERESA ROBBINS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
