NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 10-CA-002045 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8, is the Plaintiff and JUAN LUIS RIVERA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 36 AND 37 IN BLOCK F-1 OF MAP OF THE FIRST ADDITION TO CASTLE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
