NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 15, 2013, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Condominium Unit 108, NELSON PLACE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 5819, Page 1779, as amended from time to time, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 79 through 90, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 15th of February, 2013, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
