NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 15, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025473 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and ALIREZA D. NAYERI; MARJAN M. NAYERI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 51 OF PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE, UNIT 2 ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
