NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 8th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-023032 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Isabella Medina a/k/a Isabel Medina, Tenant #1 n/k/a Marta Leon, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 26th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
