NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022393, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and THUONG LOU A/K/A THUANG LOU, CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MANIVANH SAYTHANOM, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CHRISTINA SAYTHANOM and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of February, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF LOT 5 OF KAY'S GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
