NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-000064, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and FREDA D. CHICARELL, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., CHRISTOPHER CHICARELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER CHICARELL,UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDA D. CHICARELL, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8th day of February, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 14, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
