Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates Plaintiff and EMILCIE CORTES A/K/A EMILCIE E. CORTES, NATHAN STANDER, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF NATHAN STANDER, FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF EMILCIE CORTES A/K/A EMILCIE E. CORTES are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
