NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, and entered in Case No 2011-CA-008567, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates Plaintiff and EMILCIE CORTES A/K/A EMILCIE E. CORTES, NATHAN STANDER, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF NATHAN STANDER, FICTITIOUS SPOUSE OF EMILCIE CORTES A/K/A EMILCIE E. CORTES are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date on this 26th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment dated January 8, 2013, to wit:
