NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-007534 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK/REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and ROBIN H. MATSON, RANDALL G. MATSON, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 22nd day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 5, Eden Shores Section 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 17, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
