RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 07, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-004689 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and YARLEM A. RUIZ A/K/A YARLEM ANNETTE RUIZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1309 IN BUILDING 1300 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER AITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
