ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-39CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-39CB, is Plaintiff, and, JUAN FRANCISCO GONZALEZ A/K/A JUAN GONZALEZ, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20TH day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 21, BLOCK 17, JOHN H. DREW'S SUBDIVISION OF NORTH-WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
