NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 12, 2012, and entered in 52-2012-CA-006490-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL FLEISCHMANN; PAMELA FLEISCHMANN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on FEBRUARY 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 10, WOODVALLEY UNIT NUMBER 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
