NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 12, 2012, and entered in 12002219CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN DIPILATO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN DIPILATO; LOIS KEMLER A/K/A LOIS KELMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOIS KEMLER A/K/A LOIS KELMER; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on FEBRUARY 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 84, “G” SOUTHEAST WING, BUILDING B· 26, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3731, PAGES 681 THRU 705, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM LEASE, DATED MARCH 2, 1972, IN O.R. BOOK 3734, PAGE 899, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
