Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Summary Judgment entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:

Lot 5, in Block 27, of SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 2 PHASES 3, 4, & 5, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 228, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
