Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-10309-CI-21 of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on February 27, 2013 at 10:00 AM after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. and will be on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
