NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-010452 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ANITA J. TAYLOR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANITA J. TAYLOR; STEPHEN M. TAYLOR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN M. TAYLOR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; PREMIER CAPITAL GROUP, INC.
