TORRES; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; TENANT #1 N/K/A KELLY CORTES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SERGIO CORTES are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
