YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BELLEAIR PALMS TERRACE ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 227, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BELLEAIR PALMS TERRACE NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 3564, Page 922 and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 14 and 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 610 Indian Rocks Road N., Unit 227, Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before February 25, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
