GEMBALA A/K/A ANTHONY GEMBALA; HEATHER R. GEMBALA A/K/A HEATHER GEMBALA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, ENGLISH'S ADDITION TO PLANT CITY HEIGHTS, TOGETHER WITH THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING TO THE SOUTH, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. ALL OF THE ABOVE LYING WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
