NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 04, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-01118-F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and PHOEBE H. BRUMBELOE; PHOEBE H. BRUMBELOE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BRUMBELOE TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 21, 2004; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BRUMBELOE TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 21, 2004; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
