NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA014764XXCICI / 10014764CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff and IRIS I. CLARK, BARBARA JAYNE LOTT, BARBARA JAYNE LOTT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LOTT FAMILY TRUST DATED JANUARY 12, 1996 UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PAUL BARNS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of February, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 1, PINELLAS GROVES, INC. IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1 RUN S 89°22'45” E, 227.00 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE N 00°33'35” W, 100.00 FEET; THENCE S 89°22'45” E, 55.00 FEET; THENCE S 00°33'35” E, 100.00 FEET; THENCE N 89°22'45” W, 55.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
