HENSARLING; CATHERINE W. HENSARLING; BRIAN C. THAENS; ELIZABETH H. THAENS; CYPRESS PARK GARDEN HOMES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 56, CYPRESS PARK GARDEN HOMES 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JANUARY 7, 1983; IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4049, PAGE 628; AND CERTIFICATE OF SURVEYOR AND DEVELOPER IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4063, PAGE 889; AND AMENDMENT TO CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4203, PAGE 227; AND AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4203, PAGE 237; AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 33, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/68 INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO.
