NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-11597-CO-041 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SEMINOLE HILL VILLAS RESIDENT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELEANOR D. YANZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELEANOR D. YANZ; RUDOLPH A. YANZ, III A/K/A RAY YANZ; DARLENE YANZ RICHARDS; WINSTON D. RICHARDS; DARLENE C. RICHARDS; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 121 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of Seminole Hill Villas No. 5, as recorded in O.R. Book 3056, Page 518, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat book 3, Page 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less that part described in deed recorded in O.R. book 4553, Page 1842, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 12400 Park Blvd., #121 Seminole, FL, 33777.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
