NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-010772-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Kenneth P. Chidichimo; Michelle Kristen Brooks a/k/a Michelle Kristen Chidichimo a/k/a Michelle K. Chidichimo; Unknown Tenant #1 ; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 21, SKYVIEW TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 29 THROUGH 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
