NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 04, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007871 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NAAC 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and JASON SABO; STEPHANIE SABO; ROYAL HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
