GROGAN A/K/A RITA DIANE GROGAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RITA D. GROGAN A/K/A RITA DIANE GROGAN N/K/A JAMES GROGRAN; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT FOUR (4) OF DIXIE FARMS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NINE (9) AT PAGE SIXTY (60) OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. THENCE NORTH 136 FEET, THENCE WEST 170 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 136 FEET, THENCE EAST 170 FEET, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, MARKING A TRACT OF LAND 136 FEET NORTH AND SOUTH AND 170 FEET EAST AND WEST.
