NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-001587 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Robert A. Combes II; John V. Simone; Unknown Spouse of John V. Simone; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 39.56 FEET OF LOT 37, AND THE WEST 39.44 FEET OF LOT 38, BLOCK 1, TEMPLE GROVE EESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
