NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 522009CA003410XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QS8, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER MOULTON; DUDLEY R. MOULTON III A/K/A DUDLEY RICHARD MOULTON, III; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THORUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(s) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 8th day of February, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
