NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10CA021343 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, ALS IV, LLC, Plaintiff, and, LILIANA ESTER MEDINA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 4th day of March 2013, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, SUMMERVIEW OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
