NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-005478, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DAYNA A. KNOWLES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAYNA A. KNOWLES IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE BEACON ON 3RD STREET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 7th day of February, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 818, OF THE BEACON ON 3RD STREET, A CONDOMINIUM, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13222, PAGE 2066, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES DECLARED TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
This property is located at the Street address of: 470 S 3RD ST #818, ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33701.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
