NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Liens, entered in this action on the 14th day of January, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on March 8, 2013, the following described property:
Lot 37, Block A, Twin Lakes - Parcels A2 and B2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 28 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 3103 Beaver Pond Trail, Valrico, Florida 33596 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
