NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Liens, entered in this action on the 6th day of November, 2012 I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 A.M. on March 1, 2013, the following described property:
Lot 16, Block 1, Westchase Sections 225, 227 and 229, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 14 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10722 Ayrshire Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
